My story

Following the birth of my second son and after getting myself back in to shape, I decided to train, whilst on maternity leave, as an aerobics instructor. The buzz I got from teaching classes and seeing the difference that exercise made to people both on a physical level and to their emotional self-esteem fuelled my desire to turn my hobby and passion into a full-time career.

I then went on to study with Premier Training as a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutritional Adviser and have not looked back since! It was the best decision of my life and I absolutely love working with people both on a 1:1 PT basis and in a class environment.

Since qualifying I have worked with both male and female clients to help them achieve their goals by making simple dietary and training adaptions that help improve their body and overall health and emotional well-being.

I make it a priority to keep up-to-date with new research and fitness trends, and am continuously attending practical courses to ensure my skills and knowledge are always current. This enables me to provide clients with the best service as well as an individualized fitness programs that ensure they get the best results.

My philosophy

An exercise program is the cornerstone to a healthy body and happy mind. It should encompass cardiovascular training, strength and core conditioning, flexibility, and most of all it should be enjoyable! My goal as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor is to pass on my passion for fitness and well-being by designing each workout to be challenging and results-oriented and helping each client attain a higher level of fitness.

There is no magic wand. There are no quick fixes and pills you can
swallow to make it happen over night, but together and with the right support - we can transform your health and fitness levels.
